Within their Major Loss Division, they provide a diverse range of expertise and the team in question specialises in credit indemnity. Working in partnership with you, the company can offer you a variety of different working arrangements that suit your personal circumstances. </p>
<p>As a Major Loss Adjuster, you’ll have responsibility for your own caseload which will be predominantly commercial claims over the value of £100k . You’ll be responsible for establishing indemnity on each case, working within specified timeframes and a pre-existing model. Already highly experienced within the claims or adjusting field and ideally within a major loss capacity, you’ll have the ability to identify, evaluate and discern information and apply correct procedures especially with complex policies. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to tailor your approach in handling smaller “fast track” claims, to larger claims requiring a more thorough investigation, such as those in excess of £1m</p>

<p>The Sales Executive will be working in a fast paced, pressurised environment to ensure that all customers are contacted 60 days prior to expiration dates and all interactions are logged, along with ensuring that all contact data is correct and up to date. The Sales Executive will be experienced in high volume outbound dialling and will strive to exceed call targets</p>
<p>The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining a good working relationship with their end customers, client account managers, distributors, and others who may be involved in the renewal across EMEA. The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining their assigned territory by proactively instructing all end users who have previously purchased contracts to submit a purchase order to their related Reseller for the renewal.</p>
<p>The Sales Executive will also be responsible for increasing service share by up selling promotions, product updates and cross upgrades.</p>
<p>Job Tasks:</p>
<p>•Pipeline Management</p>
<p>o The Sales Executive should be the master of their pipeline. They need to understand where they stand with each customer and what the inhibitors are for each customer.</p>
<p>•Forecasting</p>
<p>o The Sales Executive should be able to accurately forecast what they expect to bring in each month. The Sales Executive may be asked to provide numbers on a weekly basis to track performance against the team objective.</p>
<p>•Peer Coaching</p>
<p>o The Sales Executive may be asked to assist teammates or share a best practice that has helped them to be successful. Sales Executives should be ready to assist new employees and be willing to do side by side training. </p>
<p>•Phone Statistics</p>
<p>o Each Sales Executive will be required to comply with and attain the account minimum phone statistic requirements. The requirements are based on the client needs and are subject to change as business needs change.</p>
<p>•Product Knowledge</p>
<p>o Each Sales Executive should be an expert on their individual account in understanding the needs of the client and being able to sell their products or service offerings. The Sales Executive should request additional training from his/her Sales Manager for any product or service offering that they feel uncomfortable with or that they require additional training on.</p>
<p>•Email Communication</p>
<p>o It is up to each Sales Executive to manage all incoming emails into their email inbox, and to ensure that they are responding in an appropriate timeframe while using superior email etiquette.</p>
<p>•Market Intelligence</p>
<p>o The Sales Executive is required to log interactions for each communication with the end customer.It is also important that the SE escalate any customer concerns that could affect the overall business of our client to their manager, who will in turn communicate the concern back to the client. </p>
<p>•Daily Planning</p>
<p>o Each Sales Executive should take 10-15 minutes at the end of their shift to properly plan for the next day and to map out a game plan for who they will call and what their best opportunities are.</p>

The Prognosis Project Engineer will report to the Prognosis Product Manager but will work independently in the configuration of Prognosis systems and applications.<br />
The position is primarily based in Malton, North Yorkshire but will require occasional visits to customer sites, including overseas and offshore, to carry out surveys, installations, demonstrations and technical meetings.<br />
The ideal candidate should have > 3 years experience working in the petrochemical industry with an excellent understanding of project lifecycles, field instrumentation and electrical principles. </p>
<p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>Project Work<br />
• Configuration of systems<br />
• Carry out systems testing, including hooking up and wiring of simulation<br />
• Liaising with and working alongside project and software depts. in order to identify and resolve problems<br />
• Ensure that any modifications are comprehensively tested prior to delivery<br />
• Coordination of the procurement of system components and hardware if needed<br />
•  Create and maintain project documentation, e.g. FDS, ATM. User Guide, Project Plan etc.<br />
• Preparation of quotations<br />
Support<br />
• Be an expert on the use and configuration of Prognosis<br />
• Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve hardware or software problems.via E-Mail, phone, remote login or site visits etc<br />
• Provide consultancy on operational issues<br />
• Visit customer sites to either carry out surveys or to install Prognosis system.<br />
Training<br />
• Provide training to clients in the use and maintenance of Prognosis and associated peripherals<br />
General<br />
• Progress reporting both internally and to clients<br />
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers<br />
• Be a member of the out of hours support team<br />
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested. </p>
